Changing the vacuum bag

Switch the vacuum off and unplug it. Open the dust compartment, slide the old bag's collar off the inlet and close its seal tab if it has one, so the dust stays inside. Fit the new bag by pushing its collar fully onto the holder. Check the motor protection filter while you're there, and clean or replace it if it's clogged with grey dust.
