Dishwasher leaking from the bottom of the door?
Running along the lower edge of the tub opening, this seal stops water escaping at the gap where the door hinges down. It gets hit by spray on every cycle and slowly hardens, cracks or tears, especially if it gets caught as the door closes. The result is drips or a small puddle under the door, usually during the wash, and water damage to the floor or kickboard over time. Before replacing it, rule out an overloaded machine, foaming from the wrong detergent, or a leaking hose underneath.

Fitting the bottom seal
Switch the dishwasher off at the wall and open the door fully. Pull the old seal off the bottom edge of the tub, noting which way it faces, and clean the mounting area. Press the new seal on evenly from one end to the other without stretching it, then close the door and run a cycle to check for drips.
