Washer not draining? The drain pump could be the cause

The drain pump empties the tub at the end of each wash and rinse, pushing water out through the drain hose. When it fails, the washer stops with water left in the drum, shows a drain error, won't spin or leaves clothes soaking wet. A pump that hums but doesn't move water is usually jammed or burnt out. Swapping the drain pump
