Fitting the splashback
Switch the cooker off, turn off the gas on a gas model and let everything cool. Pull the cooker forward carefully, without straining the gas hose or power cable. Line the splashback up with the cooker's rear fixing points, fit the fixings loosely, check it sits straight and then tighten them. Push the cooker back and confirm it sits level.
