Westinghouse washer not filling with hot water

Each inlet valve is an electric solenoid that stays shut until the control board sends it power. Replacing the hot valve

Turn both taps off and switch the washer off at the wall. Disconnect the hot hose, keeping a bucket handy for the water still in it. Take a photo of the wire and hose connections, swap them across to the new valve one at a time, then reconnect the hot hose with a new washer if the old one is flattened. Run a hot fill and check for leaks.
