It's the frame that holds a wok or large pan steady over the flame. Left and right supports are different parts, and the left hand one is listed separately as 140182719017, so check which side you need before you order.
Why a wok pan support wears out
A wok support lives right in the hottest flame on the cooktop, and it carries the weight of heavy pans being shaken and tossed. Over time the fingers can bend, chip their coating or burn away at the tips, and the points it rests on can wear so it rocks. A wobbly or uneven support is a safety risk with hot oil, and a support that doesn't sit right can also deflect the flame and stop the wok heating properly. Replace it once it no longer sits firm and level.

Fitting the pan support
Wait until the cooktop is completely cool, then lift off the old support. Clean the area underneath, and check the burner cap and crown are seated before lowering the new support into place. Make sure it locates properly and doesn't rock. Light the wok burner to make sure the flame burns evenly under the support.
