Fitting the outer door panel

Switch the oven off at the isolator or circuit breaker and let it cool fully. Remove the door from its hinges if the design allows, and lay it face down on a blanket. Photograph the order of screws, trims, the handle and any inner glass before taking anything apart. Handle glass panels by the edges and wear gloves. Check the door closes and seals evenly once it's back on.
