Turn the oven off at the wall and wait until the grill compartment is cold. Remove the grill door as your user manual describes, and rest it face down on a soft surface. Take a photo before releasing the screws or clips, and note where any handle, trims or inner glass go. Move those parts across to the new assembly, then refit the door and check it closes square.
