Changing the oven lamp

Switch the oven off at the isolator and wait until the cavity is completely cold. Remove the lamp cover, which on most of these ovens is a glass lens you twist or unclip, and pull the old lamp straight out. Handle the new halogen with a clean cloth or gloves, never bare fingers. Push it fully into the holder, refit the cover and check the light comes on.
