The appliance it belongs to isn't recorded against this number, and Electrolux uses many different bushes across its fridges, ovens and laundry products. So please confirm 140026248025 in the parts list for your appliance, or compare it closely with the old bush, before you order.

Signs a door hinge bush is worn

A hinge bush gives the hinge pin a smooth, close fitting surface to turn in, so the door swings freely without metal rubbing on metal or wearing the hole oversize. When the bush cracks, wears oval or falls out, the door can drop, squeak, feel loose or stop lining up with the cabinet. On a fridge or freezer a sagging door may stop the seal closing evenly, and on other appliances it can make the door catch or fail to latch. Replacing a worn bush early saves wear on the hinge itself.

Part details

Genuine Electrolux part 140026248025

Hinge bush for a door hinge pivot

Electrolux group appliance, model not recorded

Confirm in your parts list before ordering

Replacing a hinge bush

Unplug the appliance first.
