Crisper cover slider snapped or missing?
The crisper cover is more than a flat shelf. On this design a moulded slider sits on the left side of the cover, and cold plastic like this can crack when it's forced or knocked. A broken slider may leave the cover loose, let the drawer sit out of line, or simply drop out when you're wiping the fridge down. If the cover is otherwise in good shape, a new slider is all you need to put it right, and it's a quick job with no tools.

Changing the left hand slider
Take out the drawers and the crisper cover so you can see the slider clearly. Compare the new slider with the old one so you're sure of the side. Clip it into place on the left of the cover, slide it back and forth to confirm it moves cleanly, and put the cover and drawers back in the fridge.

Can a right hand slider be used on the left?
No. The left and right sliders are made for their own side of the cover and carry different numbers. Order 140014754067 for the left and 140014754059 for the right, using your fridge's parts list to confirm.
