Fitting the drive board
Unplug the fridge and wait a few minutes before touching the board, as drive capacitors can hold a charge. The drive normally mounts on or near the compressor at the back. Take photos of each plug, transfer them to the new board, secure it in its housing away from moisture and restore power. Allow time for the compressor to start and the cabinet to cool.
