This is genuine Electrolux back drum gasket 140014262012, 1341mm long, used on clothes dryers from the Electrolux group. It seals the gap between the rotating drum and the rear panel so air passes through the clothes rather than around them. Dryers use gaskets of different lengths and profiles at the front and back of the drum, so please check this number against the parts list for your model.
Clothes dryer drum noisy or leaking lint at the back?
The drum turns against a gasket at each end. At the rear, this seal keeps the airflow on its proper path into the drum and stops lint escaping into the back of the cabinet. As it wears thin, the drum can scrape metal on metal, giving a squeal or grinding noise, and you may find black marks or lint on clothes. Drying times can stretch out because warm air leaks around the drum instead of through the load. A torn, flattened or missing section of gasket is easy to see once the drum is out.

Fitting the rear drum gasket
Unplug the dryer and give yourself room to work, as the drum has to come out to reach the rear seal. Clean the mounting surface of lint and any old adhesive so the new gasket sits flat, and start it at the same point the old one did. Check the drum rollers and belt while it's apart. Refit the drum, turn it by hand to check it runs freely, then run a test cycle.
