Fitting the knob
Turn the oven off at the wall and let it cool. Pull the old knob straight off its spindle, and remove the old housing if it's fitted separately. Line the flat on the spindle up with the shape inside the new knob and press it on firmly. Turn it through every position to check it lines up with the markings on the panel.
