Every time the drum turns, the door seal flexes and is washed with hot water and detergent. Changing the door seal

Unplug the washer and turn off the taps. Remove the outer clamp from the front of the seal, then peel the seal off the cabinet lip. The inner edge is held to the tub by a second clamp, which may need the front panel removed for good access. Line up the new seal using any alignment marks, fit the inner edge and clamp first, then the outer. Run a rinse cycle and check for leaks.
