Oven fan or elements not working on some settings?
The function selector is the switch behind the mode knob. Each position connects a different combination of elements, the fan and the oven light, so turning the knob decides which cooking mode you get. Installing the selector switch
Ovens are hard-wired, so a licensed electrician should isolate the oven at the switchboard and fit the switch. Pull the knob off and remove the control panel to reach the switch. Photograph every wire and its terminal before disconnecting, as getting one wrong can damage elements or the fan motor. Fit the new switch with its shaft in the same orientation as the old one, refit the knob and check each mode works.
