Bosch front loader leaking at the door?
The door seal, or boot, links the cabinet front to the tub and forms a watertight ring the door glass presses into. Hard objects left in pockets, detergent build up and years of flexing during spin all wear it down. Check the folds for tears, the lip for cuts or bulges, and look for mould that won't wipe away. A leak at the bottom of the door, water on the floor after a wash, or a smell that keeps returning are the usual signs it's time for a new seal.

Fitting a Bosch door seal
Switch off at the wall and turn off the taps. Remove the outer clamp ring from the front panel, fold the seal back and release the inner clamp from the tub. On many Bosch machines the front panel has to come off to fit the inner clamp properly. Line up any alignment mark on the seal with the top of the tub, clamp it evenly, then run a rinse and check the door for drips.
