Replacing the Artusi door seal
Wait until the oven is completely cold. Open the door fully and look at how the old seal is held, usually by hooks or clips set into the oven front. Ease it out a section at a time, wipe the channel clean, then press the new seal in starting from the top. Close the door and check it seals evenly all the way around.
