11029049 Genuine Universal Pan for Bosch, Siemens, Neff Ovens, BSH Deep Oven Tray for Roasting, Baking and Catching Drips

BSH universal pan 11029049 is a genuine oven tray for Bosch, Siemens and Neff ovens. The universal pan is the deeper tray in the BSH accessory range, handy for roasts, tray bakes and moist cakes, and for catching drips under the wire rack. Tray sizes vary between oven widths and models, so check the number in your oven manual or on the old pan before ordering.

What the BSH universal pan is used for

Many BSH ovens come with a mix of wire racks, flat baking trays and a deeper universal pan. The universal pan's raised sides hold juices and fat, so it suits roast vegetables, meats, lasagne and sheet cakes, and it can sit below the grill or rack to catch drips. Trays can chip, warp after a sudden temperature change or become stained beyond cleaning. A replacement brings your oven's accessory set back to full strength.

Using the pan in your oven

Slide the pan into the shelf runners with the sloping edge facing the door, if it has one. Avoid placing a cold pan on a hot oven floor or plunging a hot pan into cold water, as sudden temperature changes can warp it. Let it cool before washing, and use a non-scratch scourer.
