Bosch top basket falling off or sliding unevenly?
The upper basket runs on rails along each side of the tub, and guide clips keep the basket located in those rails so it slides straight in and out. These clips are thin plastic and take a knock every time the basket is pulled out fully or hits its stop. When one cracks or goes missing, the basket can drop off the end of the rail, sit crooked, jam when you push it back or catch on the door. A crooked basket can also block the upper spray arm and leave the top load dirty.

Fitting the guide clip
With the dishwasher switched off and cool, pull the top basket out and lift it off its rails. Look at where the old clip sat and how it engaged, and take a photo if it is still partly in place. Remove any broken pieces, press the new clip into the same spot until it seats, then refit the basket and slide it in and out a few times to check it runs straight.
