Replacing the Bosch door lock

Unplug the washer and turn off the taps. If the door is jammed shut, drain the water through the filter and use the emergency release where fitted. Ease off the outer seal clamp, fold the seal back, then undo the lock screws beside the catch and pull the lock out far enough to unplug it. Fit the new lock, refit the seal and clamp, and run a rinse to test.
