This generic oven door seal measures 420 x 320mm and replaces Blanco part 090118009916R, with the numbers 2030400005 and 33803001 also linked to it. More than 50 models are on file across Blanco, Technika, Baumatic and Euromaid ovens, including the Blanco B59FTI and B59MTI, the Technika TB60FSS-3 and TO66PSS-4, and the Baumatic BSO600X and BOSE63X. It is an aftermarket seal, not made by any of those brands.
Oven losing heat or steaming at the door? Check the seal
Every time the door shuts, it squeezes against this seal to close off the oven cavity. A good seal holds heat and steam in, so the thermostat isn't working overtime and food cooks evenly. Heat cycles slowly bake the material until it hardens, flattens, cracks or pulls free of its clips. Watch for steam or hot air escaping round the door, discoloured knobs or a hot panel above, longer cooking times, and condensation or grease marks along the door edge. If you can see a gap with the door shut, the seal is overdue for replacement.

Measuring and fitting the seal
Make sure the oven is cold and switched off at the isolating switch. Measure the old seal or the cavity opening to confirm the 420 x 320mm size, and note the position of the join. Seals of this type usually clip or hook into holes around the cavity, so ease the old fixings out one by one. Fit the new seal starting at the top centre, work round evenly without stretching it, then close the door and check for gaps.
