Blanco oven door dropping or not closing
Oven door hinges carry the full weight of the door and use a tensioned spring to hold it closed against the seal. With use, the spring loses tension, the pivot wears and the hinge arm can bend, especially if the door gets leant on. The door may then fall open too quickly, sit unevenly, leave a gap along the top edge or refuse to shut. Heat leaks out, cooking takes longer and the controls above the door can get hot. Since each side wears at a similar rate, check the right hand hinge as well.

Changing the left hinge
Turn the oven off and let it cool. Open the door fully, flip the locking levers on both hinges back, then close the door part way and lift it off. Keep fingers clear of the spring, which is under strong tension. Unscrew the old left hinge from the oven frame, fit the new one in the same slot, then rehang the door and test that it opens and closes evenly.
