Changing the grease filter

Switch the hood off and wait for the underside to cool. Release the catch on the old filter and lower it out, keeping one hand under it as grease can drip. Wipe the filter recess clean while it is open, then fit the new filter the same way the old one came out and make sure the catch locks.
