This pair of genuine BSH flip tines fits the right hand side of the lower rack in Bosch dishwashers. BSH lists them as part 00645102, and our code is 00645102. The tines are the folding rows of prongs that hold plates upright and fold flat when you need room for pots and pans. The other lower rack set is a separate part, 00645101, so check which side you need.
Broken flip tines in a Bosch dishwasher rack
Flip tines clip onto the wire frame of the lower rack and pivot, so you can stand them up for plates or lay them down for bulky items. After thousands of folds, or a heavy pot pushed down on them, the clips snap or pop off the rack. With a row missing, plates lean together, block the spray and come out dirty. Loose pieces can also end up in the filter or jam the lower spray arm.

Clipping in the new tines
Pull the lower rack out of the dishwasher so you can work on it at bench height. Note how the old tines sit and which way they fold, then unclip them from the rack wires. Press the new pair onto the same wires until the clips snap fully over, and check they fold up and down freely before refitting the rack.
