Bosch fan forced oven not heating?
The fan element is the ring behind the rear panel of the oven, wrapped around the fan. As the fan spins, it draws air across the hot element and circulates it through the cavity for even fan forced cooking. This is a dual element, so it has more than one heating circuit within the same ring. When it fails, fan settings stay cold or heat slowly, some fan functions work while others don't, or the safety switch trips when a fan setting is chosen. Visible breaks or bulges on the element confirm it.

Replacing the fan element
Turn the oven off at the circuit breaker and let it cool. Built-in Bosch ovens are usually hard-wired, so have a licensed electrician carry out the work. The element is reached by removing the rear cavity panel and, on many models, the back cover of the oven. Label each terminal on the dual element before disconnecting it, as the circuits must go back on the correct terminals.
